Article 1 (About These Terms)

These Terms of Service ("these Terms") set out the conditions of use for "Okerukana" (the "Service"), a service provided by saison (the "Operator"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a browser-based tool that lets you enter furniture dimensions — width, depth, and height — and simulate their placement within a room. The Service is provided free of charge for personal use.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

The Service can be used without creating an account. Layout data created by users is stored only within the user's own browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to or stored on the Operator's servers.

Article 4 (Sharing Feature)

The Service can generate a URL for sharing a layout. Anyone who knows it can view it. The URL contains room dimensions and floor color, fixed furniture categories, dimensions, positions and rotations, and person-silhouette dimensions; saved names, free-text product names, product URLs and prices are excluded. Users are responsible for handling their share URLs.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that place an excessive burden on the Service's servers or network, or acts that risk doing so
• Acts that exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service
• Entering or sharing content that infringes the personal information, privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties
• Any other act that the Operator determines interferes with the provision of the Service

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• The furniture dimensions, placement, and simplified 3D preview displayed by the Service are estimates only and do not guarantee the actual shape, size, or fit of any product or delivered item. Before purchasing or arranging delivery of furniture, please verify the details on the product page and measure your delivery route yourself.
• The simplified 3D preview is a simplified representation intended only to give a rough sense of furniture height, and does not accurately reproduce actual appearance or texture.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and the Operator makes no warranty of any kind regarding its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator, the Operator shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from a user's use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Article 7 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

The Operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising to users as a result.

Article 8 (Amendment of These Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms at its discretion without individual notice to users. Amended Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising between a user and the Operator in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
